Who We Are

Since the beginning of the establishment in 2010 with a homestay, in Kerala Backwaters, called "Ayana's Homestay" Ayana's have an urge for accommodating every solitary travelers based on the roots of Kerala tradition. Keeping this in mind we have renovated a 110 years old traditional house for our valued guests and named it Ayana's Heritage Villa. This house was originally built by one of the 42 Jain families, who were brought from Kutch - Gujrat, to establish trade in Alappuzha town, which was once a major port of Travancore King.

We have tried to keep the old charm of the house intact, but at the same time provide comfortable, artistic and precious lodging experience for our guests from all around the globe; with discreet and fascinating service.
